About US:

Mr. Jan Schiefloe is an officially Licensed Players' Agents in the United States,  licensed by FIFA and USSF  (U.S. Soccer Federation).

As a youth, he captained his Norwegian U-17 State Team to a National title and was the only player from his state in the U-17 National Team squad.  He has attended numerous youth national team camps and was invited to try out with Champion's League club Rosenborg.

Mr. Schiefloe came to the U.S. on a soccer scholarship  from 5 time National Champions the University of San Francisco Dons.

In a four year collegiate career, he started as forward, midfielder, left and right fullback and sweeper for USF.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and a Master's Degree (MBA) 

He has over twelve years of experience in International Trade, Sales, Marketing and Contract Negotiations and speaks 6 languages.

WHO WE REPRESENT:

We represent players that have the potential to play at a high level in Europe, or start in MLS .

If you have played Youth or Senior National Team matches or you are among the very best players for top club or College Teams, we would be interested in talking to you.

We get approached by players from Brasil, Africa, Central America and Europe all the time. Because of this, we have become very selective in who we represent.  If you are a good player,  sending us your CV is a start.  Later, we may ask to see your highlight video or  video of one of your matches.

WHAT WE DO:

We place players in clubs where they can continue to develop and have the best chance of succeeding.

Most young players are much better off with a couple of years in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Belgium or Austria, where the chances of starting for the first team within the first season are  good and the coaching is excellent. Players tend to forget that the players in England, Holland and Germany are players that have proven themselves to be the best in their home countries before moving to the bigger clubs.

All the top teams in Europe scout games all over Europe.  If you play well  in Sweden or Denmark, you'll get noticed by  Dutch, English and German teams and you will get offers from other clubs.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (Manchester United), Steffen Iversen (Tottenham), John Carew (Valencia), Erik Mykland (1860 Münich), Tore Andre Flo (Chelsea) all played  in the Norwegian Premier League and were scouted by European teams.

We also have very good relationship with many teams in Major League Soccer in the U.S. When clubs need players, they call us to see what we can recommend.
